The savings code is not a Gift Card. The savings code allows you to apply the savings balance to the hotels and resorts that are available in the savings platform.
Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions of the reservation and will be collected by the hotel/resort. There are no other fees to make a reservation or to access the savings platform.
Cancellation policies will vary depending on the particular hotel or resort you chose. The cancellation and change policies can be found in the terms and conditions on the booking page and your reservation confirmation.
Reservations booked on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but may be cancelled per the Terms and Conditions. Cancelled reservations may incur a cancellation fee but any savings used for the booking will not be applied to the Savings Bank Balance.
